Stress is a Mental Overload
Our ability to focus is a precious gift. It helps us to truly enjoy life joys and laughter. But when we are overburdened by distractions we become fragmented and our thoughts cannot connect to our true our-self.
The world controls our mental state with excessive noise. Everywhere you go from shops to malls music blares at us, not even mentioning all the “noise” generated by our mobile devices!
Researchers have indicated that excessive noise releases the stress hormone cortisol. This is the part of our brain that regulates our ability to control impulses, to reason and to plan.

Reflecting gives the brain time to detoxify itself without external stimulation. Monitor and avoid high noise level areas. Get away from noisy environments and find a peaceful place to reflect and relax.
Spend time outside in natural light, scents and sounds. It restores balance and calms the overworked mind. Soft tranquil love songs is soothing for relaxation. Music therapy uses another area of your brain.
