COVID-19 has had a large effect on all of the world, including real estate. As a real estate agent myself, business is not as usual. Open houses have been cancelled, showings are being done virtually and offers are being accepted through Electronic Signatures. Houses are continuing to sell; however new safety and security measures have been put in place in order to protect all parties of a real estate transaction. In addition, to follow these new health guidelines, when someone purchases a property, they can include a condition, which indicates that the purchase is conditional upon an in-person viewing at a later date.
Our team always focused on digital and is utilizing this time to reset, reorganize and come up with new systems and strategies to ensure our client’s safety during COVID-19.
The Jared Gardner Team has offered an extended hand to all of those effected by this pandemic. We are asking people who are in self-isolation, elderly, people with small children, really anyone who needs support, to reach out to our team. We are more than happy to grab groceries, pick up prescriptions, run errands or even just provide them with someone to talk to during this time of uncertainty.
